Asked whether she is pleased to see Donald Trump back in the White House, she says it is "good" that he has a "clear mandate".
"I can tell you now that we are here to congratulate Donald Trump on his election and we want to see a really strong and good constructive working relationship between our two countries.", Ms Patel says.
